Subscriptions

All subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current term ends.

Managing Your Subscription

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription you want to manage
5. Choose a different plan or tap Cancel Subscription

If you don't see a cancel option, the subscription may have already been canceled.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues with an app, try these steps:

• Restart your device — Often resolves minor glitches
• Update the app — Check the App Store for the latest version
• Update iOS — Outdated system software can cause compatibility issues
• Reinstall the app — Uninstall and reinstall from the App Store
  Note: This will delete any locally stored data or history
